Order Processing

• Orders are prepared within 1 business day.
• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery Time

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly during big sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping anywhere in Egypt is a flat 70 EGP per order.

Cash on Delivery

You can pay in cash when your order arrives. We will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available) so you can follow your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order. Nilyda is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to solve it as quickly as possible.
