How long does delivery take?

We prepare your order within 1 business day, and delivery takes 1–3 business days anywhere in Egypt.

How much is shipping?

Shipping anywhere in Egypt is a flat 70 EGP. You can pay cash on delivery.

Can I return a product?

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, wrong or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace or refund it. See our refund policy.

Where are your products made?

Every Nilyda soap, scrub and incense is handmade in small batches in Egypt.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Our bars are made with natural oils and butters such as coconut, shea, jojoba and grapeseed, and are suitable for most skin types. If you have very sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients on each product page and patch-test first.
